Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any flight with Namche Heli Service By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by the terms stated below.

Booking and Confirmation

• All bookings must be made in advance and confirmed via official email or booking form.
• Full passenger details (name, nationality, passport number, weight) are required at the time of booking.
• Flights are subject to aircraft availability and weather conditions.

Payment Policy

• A minimum of 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your flight.
• The remaining balance must be cleared at least 24 hours before the flight departure.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or authorized payment gateways.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the flight: 90% refund.
• Cancellations made 3–6 days before the flight: 50% refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows: No refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days, excluding transaction charges.

Flight Delays and Cancellations

• All flights are subject to weather, air traffic control, and operational factors. Namche Heli Service reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel flights for safety reasons.
• In case of flight cancellation by the company, we offer either a full refund or rescheduling based on passenger preference.
• We do not cover accommodation, meals, or additional transportation costs due to delays or cancellations caused by weather or other uncontrollable factors.

Luggage and Weight Limit

• Each passenger is allowed limited luggage based on the type of helicopter used (typically 10–15 kg per person).
• Extra weight may require additional charges or separate arrangements.
• Overloading is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.

Insurance and Liability

• Namche Heli Service holds third-party liability insurance as required by Nepalese aviation law.
• We strongly recommend all passengers obtain personal travel insurance, including emergency evacuation and medical coverage.
• The company is not liable for loss, damage, injury, or death caused by factors beyond our control.

Health and Fitness

• Passengers flying to high-altitude regions should ensure they are medically fit for such journeys.
• If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, consult your physician before booking.
• The company is not responsible for health-related incidents during or after the flight.

Amendments to Terms

Namche Heli Service reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website or through official communication.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the Nepalese courts.
